What to prepare before you nominate
As a part of the nomination process, we will need a bit of information from you. Before you begin the online form, please ensure you know which award you are nominating him/her for. See a description of the awards.
We will require some supporting documents, which you will be able to upload to this online form. These documents include one of the following:
a) the nominee’s resume OR
b) a reference letter from another alumnus OR
c) a URL for a Linkedin profile / website / article / another document that supports your nomination.
